Can from Boise Co-op. Black pour, small skin of beige head. Aroma is roasty malts and chocolate. Taste brings the chocolate up front, some sweetness, then a small bitter finish. Not too boozy.

On Tap at the Brewery/Taproom Very Very pale light golden. Tin skin of bubbles. Pale almost watery malt flavors. The noble hop bitterness is a bit chemically. Strange medicine/band aid flavors.

On Tap at the Brewery/Taproom Foggy light golden. Thin white head faint light malt aromas. Some Belgian notes but very faint. Flavors have a strange woody smokey note. A litel lingering biterness and again, subtle faint Belgian character. Light bodied for a Dubbel.
