Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto limpido. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia, frutta e liquirizia.

"Zwiefalter Klosterbräu Benedictus", Flasche aus dem beeindruckenden Bockbier-Regal von Liebick, 27.5.2.2025. - Dunkelrotbraun, wohl trüb; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase reiches aber gebremstes dunkles Weizenmalz, aufgelockert durch Trockenpflaume und zart säuerliche obergärige Frucht, Rhabarber, ganz dezente überreife Banane; sehr gediegen und nicht so plump wie viele Weizenböcke. - Antrunk massiv weizenmalzig mit dunkelmalzigen Zügen, dezenter obergäriger Frucht (Kirsche), Anklängen an gebrannte Mandeln, leiser Orangenschale. Nur wenig süß. Milder rezent, vollmundig-samtig; perfekt kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang leise nachhallende Malzigkeit und feine Hopfenherbe. - Samtig malziger, im einzelnen gedämpfter aber im ganzen sehr runder Eisbock. Vorzüglich!

Cloudy yellow orange with a fluffy white head. Lemon zest, lemon juice, sourdough, estery notes, banana, clove. Dry zesty bitterness and some sourness and some sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty bitter finish. Quite a crisp Weizen, very tasty!
