Tap at Strange - lightly hazy orange - nose of rosemary, orange marmalade, light earthy hops - flavor is medium sweet, with a fair amount of resinous, minty rosemary notes - some peppery hops compliment this fairly well - finish is quite spicy and minty, with lingering rosemary a the herbs are a bit much, but this is still fairly good.

Clear gold pour - nose of honey, lightly herbal hops, a little bit of butter - flavor is medium sweet, with very lightly grassy noble hop character - a bit of floral and herbal notes - a little bit of a buttery note on the tail end - surprisingly subtle for this brewer - I like it.

Bottle. Dark mahogony beer with a tan head. Malt and caramel aroma with light chocolate and chili. Chili and malt flavor with light chocolate. Medium bodied. Chili and malt lingers with light toffee and light chocolate. Thanks Ratman! More chili than was expected after talking with Ratman.
