Lime and some honey. Golden orange pour with pretty good head. Bitter end with some off tang. Some honey like a Mariah Carey low key feature. Can.

Caramel and bitterroot.pours red with ok head. Bitter finish with some booze. A touch of peel, fig. Doesn't really taste much like a barley wine. That wouldn't be bad necessarily, but this is pretty thin. Tap at brewery.

Ever so slightly hazy and pink coloured body with a bronze and copper glowing tint and a large, four to five centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of bright and pungent hibiscus flowers with some light malts and nuts, but way more of the flowers and even some guava and tropical fruits are noticeable in the nose. Light-bodied; Strong hibiscus and floral flavour with a heavy bite of dry, funky malts that show a a lot of grass and herbal notes as well with some bitterness, mainly from the malt and off-flavours than from any hops. Aftertaste shows a lot of the hibiscus flowers which give a slight soured and tart flavour with a dry bite with grass and herbal notes and a bit of the malted barley flavour powers through everything and leaves this dry and quite a bit funky. Overall, a nice and dry, funky ale with some noticeable hibiscus notes and a herbal quality that does show a little bit of fruity sweetness, especially a the end. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Marina Store at Flamingo Beach, Everglades National Park, Florida on 27-December-2020 for US$2,25 sampled in my hotel room here in Sanibel, Florida on 28-December-2020.

On tap at Man in the Moon. Golden with a small white head. A bit sweet with bread, some notes of paper and hints of fruit. The body was light and the bitterness medium. Drinkable but nothing special.

Keg at Man in The Moon, Stockholm. Clear pale golden, small head. Aroma of wet paper. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Rice and spicy pears. Spicy bitter finish. Well, a step up from Corona, but the sharpness works against it.

Few cans at home. Nose is cinnamon and brandy. Murky but light brown pour. Tastes of brown sugar, light alcohol, plums, cinnamon, cherry. Thin bodied. Hides alcohol a bunch.

[On tap at South Street, Naples, FL.] A bright amber pour with a tight white head and lots of lacing; aroma of malt and caramel; dry malty body with caramel without being sweet; and with a spicy bitterness. Not bad.
