Bottled at Porterfestivalen 2015, Göteborg. November 14, 2015.Clear dark brown to black color, tan head. Sweet, grainy, oats, some alcohol scent. Malty, sweet, oak taste. Oak, raisin aftertaste. Medium to full mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

A dark brown stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with resinous floral hops, licorice notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with light coffee notes, vanilla extract, alcohol warmth, light molasses, very nice. On tap at Saint Bock.

Bottle @ benzai. Slightly hazy golden with no head. Smells cider, herbs, weird, paint, nailpolish. Quite the collection of aromas. Tastes weird, sweet, candy, all kinds of stuff. Weird. Medium body, soft carbo, don’t want to drink this at all.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear a bit pale golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is fucking weird! Cannot describe this at all. No clue. Fucking weird and I don’t like it at all. Taste soapy, floral, herbal, yeast, brett-ish. Weird and not my kind of beer.

nice bottle. pours a hazy very dark brown with a dense creamy head and a nice lacing. aroma of toasted malts, mango, some fruity hops. flavour of chocolate, licorice, coffee. sweet in the beginning, bitter finish. viscous oily mouthfeel. flat carbonation. alcohol is well hidden, despite this being rather an iipa. more malty than hoppy.

Bottle. Almost black with brown foam. Aroma: caramel, port wine, coffee and dried fruit, a little smoke and prunes. Taste: wine, sweet caramel and dried fruits, very good.

[9/24/15] Draught at Kompaan in Den Haag. Golden. Aroma of citric hops. Dry flavor with a bit of yeast, a sweetish touch, and bitterish citric hops. Quite light-bodied, over-carbonated.
