Tap at Monyo. Deep, clear golden, white head. Pretty basic AIPA, fairly bitter but lacks the malty backbone.

From tap at BPBW '19, Friday session. Decent porter with a pleasantly acidic coffee character and with a body that's just a little too light.

From tap at BPBW '19, Friday session. I only took numerical notes while having this one.

Can shared at work. Pours semi hazy golden with quickly disspiating white head. Nose is citrusy with a touch of tropical fruits. Taste is pretty held back fruity, with a low bitterness perhaps, but that's it really. I'm a bit surprised as I see it's rated relatively high, but it really did not impress me at all, having a pretty thin and watery vibe to it.

Bottle shared at work. Pours deep pink with a white head. A nice and round imperial gose with just the right level of saltyness and a decent tart touch from the fruits, there’s even a hint of vanilla at the end of the sip. Light to medium bodied with soft to average carbonation, nicely balanced.

Bottle shared at work. Pours deep brown/borderline black with thin head. Nose is cocoa, dark chocolate. Taste is big cocoa again, a hint of chocolate, light sweetness. Some roasted malts and that cocoa touch in the finish again. Not bad at all, but way too thin and doesnt even come close to a pastry stout.

Bottle shared with Marko. Pours opaque golden with no head. Nose is acetic acid, strong vinegar notes, perhaps a touch of wood underneath it all. Taste is lightly sour, somewhat funky, actually pretty decent, but then finishes off with that acetic acid again, which kinda ruins it for me. There’s a hint of fruits in there somewhere, but again, too much vinegar. It’s a shame, I expected more.

Can shared with Marko. Pours deep, clear golden with a thicc white head. Nose is intense fruits upfront, then it turns into some unsophisticated sweetness that’s rounded off with a light hoppy touch. Taste is fruity and floral sweetness first, then some lightly grassy, citric bitterness comes through. Closes with a bittersweet, somewhat sticky finish, had light body and soft to average carbonation.

Totally mediocre IPA, without any major flaws tho. Some sweet caramely malts, on top of this a bit unsophisticated, rather bitter and lightly oxidized hops, some honey and booze. Long lasting bitter finish, light body. Meh.
