Draft. A- Cherries, oak, tart, funky, sweet. A- Pink color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Cherries, sweet, tart, slightly sour. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- Not as fruity as I expected and a lot more sour and funk.

Draft/Fest. A- Coriander, huge spice, wheat, subtle citrus. A- Golden color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Coriander, spice, cloves, wheat, subtle orange. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Tons and tons of spice. A pretty good beer but definitely could’ve used more citrus and less spice.

Draft. A- Lemons, wheat, light. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Wheat, lemon. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, astringent finish. O- Pretty bland. I just have a hard time having any good descriptors for this.

Draft. A- Cocoa, roasty. A- Black color, black liquid, tan head. T- Cocoa, malty, watery. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, dry finish. O- A fair amount of cocoa in here but otherwise it didn’t have much depth or complexity.

Draft. A- Wheat, malty. A- Brown color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Cleaner, wheat, malty, butter. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- Pretty sweet for a biere de garde. A little bit all over the place and needed some work.

Draft. A- Wheat, grainy, cereal. A- Orange color, clear liquid, white head. T- Cereal, grain, subtle caramel. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, boring finish. O- My first in the style and a pretty boring beer. Didn’t have much going on and just not a lot of...well, anything.

Draft. A- Meat, smoke. A- Orange color, clear liquid, white head. T- Smoky, meat, bacon. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, smoky finish. O- Not too often you see gratzers and this one was well done. Felt more like a sahti than a gose from what i’ve had before but this was a smoky meaty delicious beer.

Draft. A- Lemon pudding, soap, chemical. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Lemon juice, rye, wheat, tart, pinesol. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, fruity finish. O- An awful looking beer but not horrible. The rye was pretty subdued and seemed to have more of a lemon cleaner taste and aroma than anything else.

Draft. A- Lemon juice, wheat, slightly tart. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Sour, tart, lemons. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sour finish. O- A decent Berliner. Not funky at all and just the right amount of tartness.

Draft at Great Nebraska Beer Fest. Cloudy pale yellow color, big white head. Aroma of huge coriander. Taste is spice forward with some lemon and straw.
