Poured a really clear yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was tart apples, some very light sour notes. Flavor was pleasant tart apples. Pretty tasty. Tart, light juicy notes. Pretty tasty.

Bottle. Clear pale golden, thin fizzy white head that fades quickly. Aroma of dry apples,a bit of apple sweetness and vanilla, earth, resin. Taste is grapefruit and resin with a dry apple finish. Medium bodied, juicy (duh), lingering bitterness.

C&C 375 mL bottle from Wine Warehouse, $11.49. Hazy pink, thin fizzy tan head that quickly fades. Aroma of big brett, funk, dry apples, tannins. The taste is juicy grapes, sweet apples, brett, funk, citrus, a bit of oak. Medium bodied, lingering funk. A little wild and hard to handle, but that's in a good way. Pretty nice.
