Apple, cherry, strawberry nose, volatile. Clear pink. Tart, fairly dry but flavorful. Crabapple, rosehips. Light body, alcohol is hardly noticeable. Easy drinking and hard to believe it is 9.5% ABV. I’m not convinced it is.

Bottle at the March DC Tasting. Poured a mostly clear, yellowish color with a small fizzy white head. Aroma was light funky raspberry notes. Flavor was nice acidic raspberry notes, light crisp apple notes. Funky character.

Bottle at the DC March Tasting. Cloudy lemonade yellow, some floating sediment. Aromas of berries, lemon, funk. Tastes of berries, tart acidic notes, lemons, funk. Light body with a dry finish.

Bottle. Cloudy to murky chalky yellow color, still. Aroma is dusty white pepper, apple, vanilla, lemon. Taste has tannic lemon. Nice.

500 ml bottle poured into a Spiegelau tulip. 9% ABV per the rear label. Interesting clear pale pink color that I haven’t really seen before. Quick fading off-white bubbles. Aromas of champagne, flowery notes, subtle fresh grapefruit, light apples. Tastes of earthy apples, flowery notes, grapefruit peel. Light tartness. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Draft at Paradiso Dupont. Hazy to cloudy pale yellow with rare bubbles. Dan, see pic for verification. Aroma has herbal lemon peel and young apples. Taste has green apple, suble spice, maybe spruce, mainly at the finish. Dry finish. Tasty.
