Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Hazy pale to medium, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, honey, floral hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, caramel, spicy notes (pepper, coriander). Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, earthy and husky notes, imho not really a bock, more like a Belgian blonde, not that special but nice.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a chalice. Clear medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, quickly diminishing, no lacing. Aroma sweet malts, caramel, alcohol, coriander, candy sugar. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, caramel, candy sugar, alcohol. Original review text: Hazy to cloudy straw colour, a lot of bubbles, small frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Fruity nose, rich aroma of apricot, tropical fruits, orange peel, wheat, yeasty, coriander, lemon grass. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter, wheaty, fruity. Medium to full body, oily texture, lively carbonation, mild bittersweet finish, fruity notes, alcohol well-hidden. Nice and tasty, not a middle of the road tripel.

Bottle 33cl. from a local Dekamarkt supermarket @home poured into a glass tankard. Hazy pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Shy aroma, pale malts, lemon, light grapefruit. Mild taste, malty, grapefruit, mineral notes. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, cardboard, mineral notes, kinda harsh beer, low on hops, okay.
