Can (12/10/25) from Westmere Beverage Ctr. Beautiful crystal clear amber, no sparkle, ring of head and light lacing. Aroma is industrial pine cleanser, rye, mild rubber. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy, watery texture, fairly thin, average carbonation, finish as taste. Appreciate ticking this brewery, finally, but expected more. Want to try additional beers.

12 oz can shared by tfontana. Thank you! Aroma is rye, mild grain, mild earth. Flavor is the same with the addition of some Pine-Sol. Body is really thin on the border of watery. Texture is bone dry. This could use a few tweak.

Can to mug.
Appearance: dark maroon/brown in the pour but seems like it leaves more of black color in the glass; two finger khaki foamy head dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some roasted malts, slight coffee roast, light notes of dark chocolate, and some milk chocolate whiffs
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a roasty to sweet sort of way with a mild finish of roasty tones and sweet chocolates
Texture: medium bodied - hmmmm, maybe a touch under; somewhat sessionable; some roasty tones hit the tongue as expected
Overall: not a bad porter, I believe I could come back to this.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy semi-burnt yellow with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some piney hops and floral hops; biscuity malts below
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly sweet but has a light bitterness underneath; finishes semi-piney
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability to this one; some smoothness and low bitterness
Overall: an IPA that I think was trying to be a NEIPA but seems to fall short a bit. No major flaws just something that's gonna crowd the market for the style and make people like me just keep ticking.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: semi-transparent auburn color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which fell off nicely to leave some sly lace
Aroma: the sweet and floral parts of the rye are out front with a kind blend of biscuity/bready malts
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together to a sweet and floral setting; finishes sweet and floral
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability; somewhat smooth along the tongue
Overall: honestly, I was hoping for the "spicy" part of the rye but seemed not to have shown up. Slightly disappointing but part of me believes there's still something good here? Maybe?

On tap at C.H. Evans, Albany, NY.
Appearance: yellow in color with a sturdy transparency; slim white foamy head which slid off fairly quick and didn't leave any lace
Aroma: sweet grains, light biscuity malt and some earthy/grassy hops
Flavor: leans to the sweet side and for the most part, basically stays there, almost thought some hops were trying to come out but never really did; mild finish of the malts
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: it's a nice lager worthy of coming back to and my second pour of this went well with the burger I had.

Notes from 10/18/18 On tap @ Bad Seed BK near my trackmark-sized apartment! Stemmed goblet. Bright, clear, dark amber brew. Mucho lace. Smell is more reminiscent of strawberries & dry hopping then pineapple. Taste: I take that back. Lots of dried out pineapple, herbals, ashy/ dry mouthfeel, big, lingering hoppiness. No faking it. Dry, citrusy, low perceived abv. Bold, but settles in. Tasty.

On tap at DeCicco’s in Armonk, NY. Deep amber pour. Brief beige head. Earthy malt nose has obvious rye grain notes. Dry and toasty. Nice spicy hop character. Really well done.

12oz can from Half Time. Dark golden, big fluffy head, active carbonation. Aroma brings a hint of lime. Taste is light pale malts, more lime and little sign of any adjuncts.
