Description
Musa is a beer for folks who think “I really feel like having a beer” made by folks who think “I really feel like brewing beer”. We used recipes from the olden days and traditional craftsman methods to create a revolutionary beer. So revolutionary it should wear a beret instead of a cap.

For me, this beer is a classic but it is well brewed, pleasant at the palate, well balanced and refreshing at the palate with notes of malt, bread, smooth and some sweetness with notes of honey/toffee at the final, floral hop, 13.03.21, at home.

opalescent pale golden colour, one inch of dense off-white head; aroma of fruity, lemony-lemon zesty, some hay, grassy sweaty and grainy notes; bittersweet taste with similar notes to the aroma; not that bad, though not an extraordinary masterpiece, for sure

Rate 3.6, best before 11/24, from Amstein, serving me this one at Epalinges. Standard ale, probably high fermentation, dry, malty, sparkling, bitter, citrus, light body, a hint of sweetness, a kind of Belgian ale with American hop.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Minimally grainy, malty and grassy, hoppy, minimally spicy aroma, whiffs of ginger. Taste is mildly tart, tangy, spicy, minimally grassy hoppy, pale malty basis without residual sweetness, hints of ginger.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, fine, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation.
Mild, balanced, simple, almost a bit boring - so-so.
