Shake it, shake it, shake it baby. Not literally or else you’ll spill it. Velvety and with a bit of spice, we promise it won’t hurt twice.

A way to brew that I particulary love, not common in Switzerland, unfortunately. This one was a pleasure with my wife before to catch a star of life in the bed. Tasty and mineral Oatmeal stout roasty mineral with a note of dark chocolate, coffee and hop, 14.02.21

Color marrón oscuro, casi negro, totalmente opaca, espuma beige cremosa y persistente. Notas de café y chocolate presentes tanto en sabor como en olfato, cereal torrefacto, cuerpo medio acabado en cierta sensación sedosa, retrogusto relativamente amplio, fondo levemente dulce, final largo, amargo y tostado. Disfrutable y rica.

Tap @ FugaCidade, Funchal. Black body with a nice, dense beige head. Aroma has dark roasted malt, coffee and some biscuit. Flavor is moderate sweet, dark roasted malt, coffee and medium bitterness like a classic British stout. Nothing revolutionary but a well made, tasty stout.

0.33 l bottle. Pours jet black with thick, quickly disappearing head. Nose is weak roasted notes. Taste is earthy, roasted, light body, and huge overcarbonation. Dull.

Black with a frothy, beige head. Aroma promises toasted grains and dark chocolate. Taste is moderate roasted bitter the whole way through. Sweet malty base underneath. Licorice and lots of roast at the finish. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Good, straightforward take on the style.
