Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a orange with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma is mild with notes of earthy grain, straw and a bit of Belgian yeast. Flavor combines straw, rice and grain with a hint of Belgian yeast.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear earthy pink with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet raspberry with a touch of honey and earthiness underlying. Flavor is a combination of sweet raspberry and sweet honey. Quite sweet.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear bright gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of straw and earthy grain with a decent amount if Belgian yeast. Flavor is similar with Belgian yeast and light fruit up front bit it is mainly sweet grain and straw.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber with a mahogany hue and a tan head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma is dark grain and bread forward with a bit of fruits and Belgian yeast supporting. Flavor has notes of bread and dark fruits with Belgian yeast supporting.

Aroma has a lot of light fruits, flora and Belgian yeast with sweet grains underlying. Flavor is full of light fruits and Belgian yeast with a bit of flora and sweet grains supporting.

Aroma has a good amount of coriander with sweet wheat and orange peel supporting. Flavor combines sweet wheat with coriander, light fruit with a touch of orange peel.

Tap at the brewery. Gold color. An odd beer. Aroma with grain and sugar. Surprisingly sweet, i expect Belgian ales to be more dey. After the sugar pasees, i get apple and i think it might be due to the beer being young. Alcohol is low for a Belgian strong. I think this could be good, but it needs some work, maybe rushed to serve it by opening date.

Tap at the brewery. This one needs some work. The appearance is good, hazy orange and a lacing head. Very light aroma of coriander. Carbonation is good. It takes a big sip to get much flavor, it is lightly sweet and i get some yeast, unfortunatrly i get some soap also.

Tap at the brewery. This was good. Fairly thick palate, lacing head. Roasted grain, surprisingly some wheat, a little sweet like a dunkelweizen. A little coffee, and a hint of chocolate. I do taste the lactose, which works in this beer. Earthy finish. Heavy palatw and the higher alcohol is hidden.
