Description
Musa is a beer for folks who think “I really feel like having a beer” made by folks who think “I really feel like brewing beer”. We used recipes from the olden days and traditional craftsman methods to create a revolutionary beer. So revolutionary it should wear a beret instead of a cap.

From tap at Bo Brewpub, Lisboa. Grainy malt aroma, straw, cereal malts. Some noble hops in the finish. Light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body. Easy grainy Kölsch-style beer.

From tap at Ferraria Tap Room, Sintra. Malty aroma with bittering hops, caramel, bit toasty malts. Some fruity notes as well. Medium body. Nicely bitter, good Red!

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Fairly strong tobacco with dark malt, roast, caramel, burnt malt. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a firm bitterness. Medium body. A bit chalky, lacks a bigger body.

Bottle. Piney hop aroma, nicely bitter with citrus, some orange. Softly some pale malt. The bitterness is nice. Medium body. Good one.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a tiny, rough, quickly dissipating, white head. Sweet, malty nose. Medium body, clean, sweet malts with just enough hops for balance. Bland yet easy drinking ale. 220125

Black with a frothy, beige head. Aroma promises toasted grains and dark chocolate. Taste is moderate roasted bitter the whole way through. Sweet malty base underneath. Licorice and lots of roast at the finish. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Good, straightforward take on the style.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of sweet fruity apples and citrus. Also a bit candied. Sweet and smooth and a touch spicy. Also a touch of frazzles crisps? Either way I liked it

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy golden pour, thin soapy off-white head, short lasting, minimal lacing on the glass. Nose is caramel malt, candy, ripe fruits, mild floral notes. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, slightly fizzy. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, silky, easily drinkable. Nicely balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma of caramel malt, ripe fruits, citrus peel. Candy, mild herbal and grassy notes, hints of pine and sone earthy touches in the background. Medium lasting finish, bitter, slightly dry. Enjoyable.

0,33 l bottle. Pours amber brown with small, quickly dissipating off very light tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, grassy and citrus hop notes. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Body is on the light side. Finish is pleasantly bitter.

Cloudy amber pour, two finger frothy off-white head, long lasting, broken lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, toasted caramel, herbal and grassy notes, floral, citrus peel. Medium body, medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, slightly fizzy. Easily drinkable. Nicely balanced bittersweet taste. Malty aroma, toasted caramel, rye bread, ripe fruits, citrus peel. Herbal and grassy notes, light spice, earthy notes in the background. Medium lasting finish, dry, lingering bitterness. Good.
