From a growler. Red, and a large white head. Dry, bitter, somewhat herbal and an earthy quality. Finish and aftertaste is very dry with dough and hops that leaves my palste dry. The first beer I tried from Able. Some ash in the aftertaste.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy dark grains supported by sweet chocolate and a bit of roasted malts. Flavor combines, dark grains and earthy roasted malts with a bit of sweet chocolate in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma combines grass, light citrus and tropical fruit with a light grain backbone. Flavor has has earthy grain with some bitter citrus and tropical fruit supporting.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a red hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread with a bit of earthy grain supporting. Flavor has a earthy bread and a wood chip note with a hint of straw.
