From a bottle at the RB DC Novemeber tasting. Thanks Maniac! It is a clear amber color with a slight ecru head. The Aroma is of caramel and the taste is thin with a funkiness that has no definition

Bought a 6 pack from the Westover Beer Market. Poured a clear golden straw yellow color with a medium sized, fluffy white head. Aroma was nice crisp grassy notes, some light floral hop notes. Clean and easy to drink.

$7.99 bomber from Beer Run. Oof... foam stars coming out as soon as the bottle is popped. A centimeter of beer to 8 inches of head when poured. After 5 minutes, the head shrinks to about half, so this isn’t looking great. Murky brown beer under that head. Aroma is somewhat sweet caramel and typical scottish ale smells. Flavor is roasted malt, slightly sweet caramel, chocolates, some light dark fruit. Carbonation is rough. It’s not bad flavor wise, but I’d like to try a sample from a different batch. This bottle is messy.

22oz bottle, purchased at Beer Run a few weeks back. Poured a velvet black oil color with a small tan head. Aroma was a bold dark chocolate, bourbon, with some light coffee notes. Flavor was a little one dimensional, but well put together - bourbon, chocolate, with some light oats. Really nice.
