Draft at brewery. Outdoor patio. Cloudy greenish golden with foamy white top. Nose is crackery and herbal. Tastes of water crackers, herbs, florals, some grass, bread crust. Zippy palate.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a cool papery matte chocolate colored body that supports a nice tan head of foam that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The aroma offers up an inviting blend of grapefruit, pine and thin dark roasted maltiness. The taste delivers similar character with citrus grapefruit hop bitterness laced with bitter pine. To midway the roasted maltiness shows up and struggles to take over the flavor wide hop load. Toward the finish the hop bitterness turns a bit pine hop like to further energize the experience. Nice stuff.

Sky Harbor draught, 2/27/25.
Moderately-to-lighyly hazy. Deep bronze. Small, creamy, off-white head, good retention.
PNW hops fine right in the nose with no resin or overbearing wood, pine, etc ...comforting malts add biscuit and white bread character to balance. Lingering varied citrus. Clean.
Malty with a chewy, substantial texture, a bit of graininess and yet some softness, as well. Hops are subtle with plentiful citrus and pine and a healthy but not overdone bitterness. Very clean and well-executed.
