4 oz. Draft. No aroma, zero. Flavor of honey and maybe yeast. Nothing off-putting, just not much here.

Very clear copper and bronze coloured body with a thick, three to four centimetre tall off-white head that fades very slowly and leaves a very a thick layer on top that covers the beer nicely. Aroma of pungent grassy, herbal, floral and slightly grapefruity notes with a lot of biscuity and malty notes with some grasses and a more nutty finish. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive hops show up front without a lot of bitterness - they show the grassy and herbal notes without a lot of depth and only a touch of grains from the malts come out here. Aftertaste is hoppy, but more grassy, perfumey and herbal without the bitterness or pungency but a biscuity and slightly malty finish with a good well-rounded note. Overall, a fairly nice, light and not bittered IPA with a pungent grassy and very floral quality, but balanced well with some biscuity notes and showing some unfinished, bready and doughy yeast notes that hit nicely at the very end. I sampled this 65 cL bottle, purchased from Silver Gulch [brewery] in Anchorage Airport (ANC) a few minutes before leaving for my flight on 02-July-2021 for US$7,99 sampled in my hotel room here in DFW, Dallas, Texas on 03-July-2021 after returning to the lower 48 after my vacation.

Very clear copper and amber coloured body with a large, six to seven centimetre tall perfectly pure white head that fades very slowly and leaves a beautifully microfoamed glaze on the top of the beer. Aroma of alcohol, honey, caster sugar, grain, bananas, cloves and a bunch of wheat - very nice in the nose and incredibly pungent. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong rich honey and sweet notes dominate with a lot of wheat, yeast, bread and even slightly nutty finish with a lot of herbal aspects and a great sweetness that even hits some spice on the very end. Aftertaste is rich but relatively neutral with a lot of sugars and some pungent malts, wheats and especially yeast aspects - very sweet, but polished with honey and fairly easy drinking considering the alcohol - this one seems like it's been aged for a while which is why it's so nice and easy-going. Deep and slightly hazy bright copper and bronze coloured body with a very large four to five centimetre tall off-white head that stays afloat nicely and covers the beer for the full time there is something in the glass - nice! Aroma of very bitter grapefruit elements with a lot of citrus scents, some brighter hop notes and a little less of the malts, sweetness and alcohol. Medium-bodied; Strong and very bitter grapefruit flavours dominate with the peel and some lighter juice noticeable along with a good solid malt backbone, almost no sugars at all, but a bunch of bitterness throughout. Aftertaste is bitter, fairly one-dimensional with a lot of hop notes that provide some additional bitterness, but not in the same dimension as the fruits, all with a very mellow malt backbone and no sweetness. Overall, a nice and very bitter, from the grapefruit peel, beer that shows some hop bitterness, but the fruits make this nice and puckering throughout with a high refreshment value here, great for having after a long hike here in Alaska! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Brown Jug in Fairbanks, Alaska on 24-June-2021 for US$5,99 sampled after hiking in Denali National Park on 26-June-2021.

22 oz bottle poured. Thanks, Wyatt! Alaska brewery nights continue! Dark cola brown pour, fading tan head. Bready malt, some chocolate om the aroma. Flavor has a pretty decent roast to it. Cocoa, and rich grains. Smooth finish. A solid porter.

22 oz bottle poured. Thanks, Wyatt! A darker golden orange pour, moderate off white foam head. Aroma is a decent amount of bready malts. A pretty solid brew here. Flavor matches aroma, rich with bready malt, lingers a bit dry. Quite true to the style, a touch of bran late, and sticks around. Very good.

Draft: Poured a hazy orange white yellow with white head. Aroma was more cucumber than fruit, which I like. Taste was nice cucumber with a mix of sweetness not necessarily pineapple.
