Bright straw colour. Malt-accented aroma is spicy, slightly sweaty. Clean, sweetish, with some pale malt notes. Functional example.

Jan. 2005. Deep black ale with no head. Light chocolate and vinous aroma. Sweet sweet malt and chocolate and moka notes, with light hops in finish. Light alcohol in finale. Merci Rasta! 7-4-7-4-14

On tap at Vices et Versa, Sept. 3 2006. Dark stout with a thin moka head. Sweet milk chocolate with fruity plums and smooth alcohol. In mouth, a stout veering on a barley wine, with sweet chocolate, cold coffee, vinous notes, and alcohol warmth. Rich and pleasing.8-4-8-4-14

Jan. 2005. Hazy red brown with no head (from the Mason Jar). Smooth vinous aroma with restrained hops and herbaceous raisin notes. Sweet malt and raisins, with tickling hops sustained in mouth. Rich, smooth and inspiring! Merci Rasta!

Jan 2005. Amber ale with a reddish copper hue. Sweet malty aroma, some pepper notes. Nice light malt with nutty notes, and light hops, giving restrained bitterness. Light yet yummy! Thanks Rasta!
