(Bottle) Deep golden colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity nose with notes of yellow apples, orange peel, apricots, marzipan and spices. Fruity, tart taste with apples, orange peel, marzipan, herbs, apricots, a slight tannin harshness and a generous acidity in the finish. Medium body, medium dry. Refreshing and well balanced with a dryish, slightly harsh, acidity. Very nice.

Fles 50cl thuis gedeeld. Zoet, appel, hout, redelijk droog, klein zuurtje, fruitig. (19-7-2025).

Bottle shared with RJ. Clear golden pours, no head. Intense apples in your face, varied and wide range of fruit expression, quite interesting. Flavour is sweet upfront, quite obviously backsweetened but then the finish is highly tannic, dry, rounds the sweetness nicely. Not bad, got a touch too much of the sweetness for my liking.

Запах средний, почти нету яблок как будто, но пил из бутылки. Самое угарное в плохом смысле слова, что оно пьется как бензин, правда какая то черта дымки есть в сидре, но при этом почти нету яблок или груш. Полный провал, удивляет что такие хорошие оценки у него, думаю может полпался какой то испорченый.

Bottle from Ciderwinkel. Aroma is tart and sweet apple, some funk, apple skins, juice. Flavour is mild sweet and light tart. Body is medium. Very nice Cider, a bit more sweet than tart, but the light funk is most welcome.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers! Aroma is funky and sweet apple. Very smooth. Apples, sugar and quite similar to apple juice taste. Very drinkable.
