Slightly unfiltered with tiny particles through the golden colour, a big white frothy, foamy head, very long retention and creamy streaky lacing. Lemon aromas of its peel at first, then the vanilla kicking in and a mango hitting up later. Flavours of hops giving grassiness before the citrus zest and then, vanilla lingering softly. A pretty smooth milkshake IPA that has still hop bite in the taste. Drinkable.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white head, nice stay and some soapy lacing. Aromas of coriander and oranges, balanced by sweet yeast. The taste has some sweetness from the oranges and decent hops in the finish. This bitterness balances things for the lack of alcohol. This works well for a light witbier. Even, a tad too rich.

Can that pours an unfiltered, hazy light-golden colour with a big white cap, good stay and full lacing. Aromas of citrus zest over mild grass. The taste has the lemon peel, decent yeast and light hops in the finish. A nice above-average dry mouthfeel. Not as fruity as expected, but a fairly good IPA.

Bière testée en beer flight à l'auberge de jeunesse de la Malbaie. Jolie robe noire façon café. Nez sur le café mais avec une pointe de fraîcheur, de piquant. Un peu aqueuse mais belle saveur café, côté vineux, avec un peu plus d'épaisseur elle serait parfaite.

Bière bue à l'auberge de jeunesse de La Malbaie. Robe ambrée à brune, mousse crème persistante à 3mm. Bonne mais pas l'extase non plus.
