Bottle. Pours a hazy copper with small off white head. The aroma is berry and pomegranate. Slick body, jammy, berry, light tartness, nice fruit, very good.

I love blueberries. I will crush a 1/2 pint container over 2-3 breakfast. Never met a blueberry beer I liked until now.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a hazy orange with small off white head. The aroma is cranberry and vanilla. Slick body, tart cherry, cranberry, lacto, light vanilla, good.

On tap at Madhouse, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is loaded with vanilla and bourbon barrels. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of vanilla, subdued bourbon, and caramel. The bourbon is very mellow, with just heaps of vanilla dominating. Sweet and dessert-like, bordering on cloying, with an oily palate. Not overly complex but this is a fun high-gravity sipper.

On tap at Madhouse, pours a hazy dull pink with no head. Aroma brings out subtle cherry upfront, with a little tart cranberry and raspberries - not getting the vanilla. Flavour is similar, with tart cranberries and cherries upfront, with a touch of raspberries detectable further back. Lacking depth and body. Meh.

On tap at Madhouse, pours a cloudy dark burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma is a confusing mix of tart berries, with light wild yeast. Flavour is similar, with lots of tart red berries, acidic notes and some balsamic. Harsh and rather chaotic. Doesn't work too well.

On tap at Madhouse, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out tart dark fruits, leather and some wood. Flavour is very similar, with lots of leather, dark fruits and a bit of phenolic character. Not exactly complex or finely calibrated, but certainly a unique one. Not bad.

On tap at Madhouse, pours a cloudy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with phenols, with some floral dry hopping and lacto in there. Flavour is totally ruined by the phenols, with subdued dry hopping and tartness underneath. Another ruined phenolic beer. Gross.

On tap at Madhouse, pours a cloudy dark reddish pink, no head. Aroma brings out pithy blueberries and light funk. Flavour reveals very tart blueberries, light lacto and some funk. Not a complex beer, but it's clean enough. Lots of the sour berries coming through on the finish. Decent.

On tap at Madhouse, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh floral dry hops, lacto and some wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with some unfortunate phenols in there, along with funk and tart fruits. You can tell there's a great beer under here, but the phenols kill this.
