Bottle - Dark roasty notes, toffee and some chocolate. Jet black with a nice light brown head. Dark chocolate, cocoa and some nice toffee sweetness. Very desert like with cake/bread like qualities and sweet chocolate. I donβt really get the cherries.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a slightly hazy golden color with a huge foamy white head that left incredible lacing. The aroma was spritzy with golden fruit, pineapple and peach notes. The flavor was semi sweet with cracker, golden fruit and citrus. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy bright vibrant golden color with a huge foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was dry and tart with notes of perfume, lemon and chalk. The flavor was dry and very bitter with chalk, lemon and perfume. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

Cloudy pale, not much head. Lightly fruity nose. Touch of sweetness but husky, unrefined pale malts. Pure applesauce. Passable but not really going anywhere.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Aroma is strong vanilla with cocoa, roasted malts, dark fruits. Appearance is hazy dark brown/red with finger-width light brown foamy head with fair retention and trace lacing. Taste is strong vanilla over chocolate and caramel, mild oak, fruit. Palate is medium bodied with velvety creamy texture and average to soft carbonation, nice sweet finish, late mild booze and warmth in stomach. Overall, this is one nice beer with good complexity and goes down real easy.
