Bière bue en bouteille (75 cl) à l’apéro chez moi. Elle vient de mon coin donc j'ai l'occasion de la boire souvent. Robe blonde classique, mousse fine. Nez marqué par la levure. Attaque fraîche, avec une légère acidité et une amertume discrète qui apporte un certain équilibre. L’ensemble est plutôt agréable et facile à boire, mais je regrette une présence un peu trop marquée du malt pils, dont je ne suis pas particulièrement fan. Sympa malgré tout.

Flaska från SB. Disig gyllengul vätska med mycket högt vitt skum. Medelstor kropp, doft och smak av örter, gräs, citrus, blommor, jäst. EN lite annorluna biere de Garde. Kanske är den ofiltrerad. DEn drar lite åt både saison och kellerbier. Relativt torr, frisk och väldigt drickvänlig. Mycket gott.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange-pink-red. Frothy off white, light pink head. Aroma: Malty, fruity and herbal hints. Taste: Malty, subtle spicy and yeasty ntes, subtle blackberries. Light tart, light seet and light bitterness. Just under medium body, average carbonation. A little bit watery. Easy drinkable. A bit like a mix of Grisette and Cassis lemonade, but by far not as sweet as Cassis lemonade fortunately and enough Grissete and bitterness to taste as a beer. Ok.

Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is funky, skunk, malty, raw honey. Taste is sharp, dry, saison yeast (phenolic) . mild fruityness. Honey is hidden. Skunk is low in the taste profile. medium thin body, medium high carbo. Bitter ending. Nice !

750ml bottle pours out cola brown topped with a fizzy tan head. Nose is sweet honey malts spice a rich pit fruit. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey pitfruit and plenty nice spice.
