Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy peach with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has strawberry and vanilla with sweet grains and lactose underlying. Flavor has a growing strawberry with lactose, vanilla and sweet grains backing.

Bottle from 2015. Pours clear golden, large fluffy white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is full of Brett and wood, hint of musty basement and mushroom. Flavor is dry, very bretty, quite funky. Light body, high and soft carbonation. Musty and earthy. Not bad at all.

Draft. Horseblanket, lactic acid, lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with small head. Moderately sweet citrus, biscuit malt, lightly sour lactic acid/Brett, and lightly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Very pleasant.

Draft. Caramel malt, sugar, vinegar, root, and hay aroma. Reddish amber with small head. Mildly sweet citrus, light caramel malt, moderately sour citric acid/vinegar, and moderately bitter earthy root and hay flavor. Good body.

Bottle thanks to Rob. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is apple, lemon, oak, funk. Thin body, apple skin, citrus, light oak, light funk, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a deep gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy pear that is slightly tart with a touch of yogurt and grains supporting. Flavor has much more sour pear throughout with light grain and a hint of yogurt underlying.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is slightly dank, a touch of onion, grass, citrus and sweet grains backing. Flavor is dank as well, with some pine, bitter citrus, grass and sweet grains underlying.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a hazy purple with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of tart blackberry, a bit of oak, yogurt and some grains backing. Flavor has a strong sour blackberry note with an acid bite and a bit of yogurt and grain underlying.
