Draught at Clybourne, 12/1/23. Clear, bright blonde. Small, white head at light cover. Bright floral and gently herbal hops with lingering fresh cut grass and a bit of dainty honey and fresh baguette. Very clean. Bit of pleasant mineral and sweat on the end. Zesty herbal hops with fresh cut grass and a touch of dill. Good balance of bitterness and very malty for its size with good attenuation. Clean without too much lemony character, which is a plus for me (get tired of citrusy character). Malt has rustic, fresh baked bread and light honey notes.

Fulton draft, 11/30/23. Bright auburn. Small, beige head to light cover. Crusty bread, hints of fruity yeast. Clean. Some light tannin. Crusty, grainy, crystally. Some semblance of malt, light acid/bitterness from tannin. Needs more base malt depth. Clean. Pretty low yeast character is a bit odd.

Fulton draught, 11/30/23. Clear, light-to-medium amber. Dark beige head to spotty cover. Woodsmoke, earth, crusty bread and pepper give a good aroma, with balanced beer and smoke character (yeast and malt). Light fruity, clean. Soft, malty, fruity, bready (lightly) with plentiful cherry-like character. Easygoing, medium-light-bodied, dry. Some crystal character on the finish. Low smoke in the flavor.

tasted on a UA flight; opalescent pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense ivory-like head; aroma of lemonade and maybe some bready notes; taste has, of course, intensive lemonade notes but hoppy bitterness is also surprisingly present; not bad

On tap at Goose Island Brewhouse, pours black with a tiny head. Aroma brings out deep syrupy notes, caramel malt, and brown sugar. Flavour is rich, with lots of bourbon, caramel, gentle resinous hops, and bready malt. Intense malt, bourbon and caramel. Cohesive but maybe a bit syrupy. Still, excellent.
