(Thanks, Jim! Ozzy70) Bottle. A- Coconut, light pineapple jello. A- Golden color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Light coconut, pineapple juice, mild vanilla. P- Medium body, prickly texture, high carbonation, slightly unbalanced finish. O- If you like pina coladas and getting caught in the sand...don't go for this one. Fresh it might have been good, but this just wasn't working. Might be the age might not. After opening, it was a gusher and a good 1/3 or better of the bottle was foam. Unforunately, not awesome but a lot of potential with it. Might have just been my particular one.

(Thanks, Jim! Ozzy70) Bottle. A- Strawberry, cake, cream, stale. A- Golden color, clear liquid, white head. T- Mild cream, cake, vanilla ice cream, very subtle strawberry, grains. P- Light body, average texture, high carbonation, slightly astringent. O- From Beanfest 2020 and at a year of age, this was a gusher with carbonation. Went everywhere. Totally unexpected. Really okay at best. Kros Strain did a similar beer and was much better.

Can. A- Ginger. A- Golden orange color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Ginger, vanilla. P- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, balanced finish. O- This had potential but didn't hit the mark. Pure ginger at first that lingers it's way slowly into a sugary cookie like flavor with vanilla that sorta resembles gingerbread. Not particularly well executed.

Draft/Fest. A- Raisins, brown sugar, booze. A- Dark copper color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Malty, raisins, brown sugar, sweet, dates, caramel. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- Barrels add more to the nose than flavor. A solid offering overall. Nothing terribly complex but definitely a drinkable scotch ale.

Bottle/Fest. A- Soy, char, cocoa. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Char, meaty, burnt caramel, cocoa, mild bitterness. P- Full body, average texture, high carbonation, charred finish. O- I don't hate this but it seems half hearted for a special released. Oddly high carbonation which detracts from the palate. Lots of burnt grilled steak bits. Could be good but isn't.

Ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a blonde glow and a very thin, single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of pure vanilla pods with a touch of light malts, a bunch of extra sugars, but way more vanilla than anything else - almost in a fake way. Light-bodied; Sweet very flavourful vanilla, light malt, biscuity and a touch of the pure caster, unfinished sugars roam through here with a dose of dry malt towards the end without much complexity, bitterness (luckily) and sugars. Aftertaste shows the vanilla first and foremost with a large malt kick with some very light sugars, a dose of hay and grassy dryness without much else, especially at the end. Overall, a very potent and super vanilla-y beer that shows some lighter malt components, but a heavy hand of pure vanilla pods throughout without much else, perhaps some dry malts. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from BeerTopia in Omaha, Nebraska on 10-October-2019 for US$1,99 sampled in my hotel room here in Lincoln, Nebraska on 10-October-2019.

Draft/Fest. A- Fruity. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Wheat. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Can't find the pear flavor for the life of me. It's okay but very simple in terms of aroma and taste.
