12oz can. Pale, filtered yellow body. Steady white head. Unimpressive grainy flavors, aromas. Rather light with the hop balance. Drinkable, but not that impressive.

On tap at the Downtown location. Pours dark and rubescent. Toffee, raisins, fig, stewed fruit, biscuit, caramelized pears. Medium body. Solid.

On tap at the Downtown location. Pours hazy gold orange. Chalk, fragrant, toast, earthy, really floral. Medium body. Tastes like a brewery that didn’t want to commit the expense of the proper amount of hops for the style and so instead made hop infused yeast water. Bad.

12oz can. Kind of buttery off aroma. I guess sort of tastes like a cheap European beer, but not enough finesse to carry it through. Soft medium body, weak hop tone. Drinkable, but unimpressive.

12 ounce can, 2/28/22. Near black, large frothy brown head, good retention. Aroma of roast and chocolate. Taste is roast, dark chocolate, bit of caramel. Chewy. Mild booze. Nice.
