Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a gray head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus and earthy grapefruit with a slightly sweet grain backbone. Flavor has more bitter grapefruit with a hint of pine that mellow slightly in to citrus and sweet grain in the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet citrus with a bit of tropical fruit and a light sweet grain backing. Flavor is full of earthy but sweet citrus with a hint of bitter rind in the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces nicely. Aroma has a good amount of pine with a hint of grapefruit and a nice grain backbone. Flavor has a nice combination of pine and grapefruit that mellow into a grass and hay finish.
