Pint can, 5/26/26. Gotta love a new tick from a brewery that's been out of business for a while. Hazy purple, medium fizzy tan head, average retention. Aroma of berry, earth, mint. Taste is blackberry, mint, yogurt. Thin. Meh.

Can from my advent calendar. Hazy yellow pour, with a small white head. Lactic sour nose, lemon zest and some yeast. Light mouth feel, low carb. Lightly tart finish, a bit funky, some wet hay, light citrus.

2018 vintage. 22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Nose is thin, with toasted hazelnuts, hint of bourbon, and toasted malt. Flavour is a bit boozy, rough, and thin, with little malt complexity, a touch of bourbon, and light nuttiness. There's not much depth or complexity. Not bad but pretty lacking.

12 fl oz can from Total Wine, Greenfield, WI. Drunk at home. Nearly black in the glass, small beige head. Roasty aroma with vanilla. More than expected. Taste has roasted malt in a smooth way, some vanilla, mild chco, hints of coffee, fruity elements in the seocnd row, some nuts. Low but present hop bitterness. Not bad.
