12oz bottle from the cidery pours a hazy gold with some filmy, white head. Nose has apples and honey, apple skins, mild candle wax. Flavor follows, crisp apple, apple juice, honey. Slightly sweet finish. Maybe their best offering.

12oz bottle from the cidery pours a clear, dark gold with zero head. Nose is... not surprisingly... apple... apple juice, green apple skins. Flavor follows, a little apple candle thing, apple juice, some apple sauce, a little apple core. Finishes a touch sweet and a little oily.

Draft at Jackson 20 in Alexandria. Poured a near clear color - it looks like slightly colored water with some club soda sized bubbles on the sides of the glass. Aroma was lightly sweetened apples, with a touch crispness in it instead of just sugar. Flavor was a touch on the sweet side. A touch more bite and dry character on the finish would make it even better.

12 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse. Hazy yellow with a thin white head. Fair retention. Aroma of strong ginger, sweet apples. The taste is ginger, sweet apples, hints of peach. Thin bodied, mild carbonation, decent balance. Solid.

On tap at Whole Foods Fair Lakes, pours a hazy orange gold with no head. Nose has plenty of spice, vanilla, cinnamon, a little carrot cake. Flavor has more of the apple, sweet juice, vanilla, all spice, cinnamon, cream cheese icing. Sweet finish. Very fall.
