I have found this beer at Tanta Emmen, Paris. Drinking it in my hotel room at Paris gare de Lyon. For me, this is classical but it was a good surprise, on the way of a Vienna lager, malty and metalic, not too metalic, smooth with notes of nuts, hop, 16.10.2021

50 cl bottle. Hay with slight citrus aroma almost like baby food. Mild flavour with long rubber aftertaste.

Tap. Yellow-gold, hazy, white foam. Aroma: yeast, banana, wet rags with noticeable sourness. Taste: similar, wheat, sourness, banana, rags, slightly spicy, well, sad.

Pours hazed amber, surprisingly dark to me. Stable creamy white head of average size. Scent is caramel, bock-like rich malty notes. Quite inviting, Taste is full, caramelly, crunchy malts, still very bock-like to me, but with high drinkability. Dark bready notes. Creamy body with a fairly low carbo. This is particularly enjoying, though it's not super hype-able by any means. But as a random, cheap German beer, this is a pretty neat one !

Pours clear blonde. Medium sized, stable creamy white head. Scent is grainy, fresh maltyness. Mild grassy hops. Taste is slick, some DMS, seemingly a bit diacetyl. Medium body and carbo. Not that off, but certainly could be improved a bit. Slick, sweetish finish, sticky. Not as crisp as hoped.
