On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus and yoghurt. Pours murky clay-like color with large frothy white head and good lacing. Taste is light to medium sweet biscuity with refreshing fruity and resinous following and medium grassy bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Ga-lactic fruity bomb...

On tap at Clock Block Ueey, I can taste how true San Diego is. Hazy amber with tall orange-ish head. Hoppy and earthy aroma, something like grapefruit at the end. Taste is hoppy bitter. Strong hop presence all around. Hoppy bitter tale. Perfectly balanced, enjoyed a lot.

0.4 l on tap at 'Be Unorthodox'. Almost clear, dark amber with a medium large, very dense, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, fairly resiny and just moderately fruity aroma of lots of pine, caramel and some orange jam. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, heavily resiny and just slightly fruity taste of massive pine and caramel, accompanied by orange jam and some tea leaves, followed by a medium long, fairly dry-bitter, very resiny and gently grassy finish. Medium to full body, smooth, creamy to oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice old school West Coast IPA, rarely seen nowadays due to the NEIPA dominance and therefore highly appreciated.

0.4 l on tap at 'Be Unorthodox'. Hazy, straw yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity-grassy, slightly floral and a little yeasty-spicy aroma of citrus, fresh grass and some clove. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather grassy, moderately fruity, slightly floral and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of lemon, gooseberry, white grapes, some fresh grass and a touch of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, fairly dry, slightly yeasty-spicy and quite grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Very pleasant beer, nicely hopped without being aggressively so, well-crafted.

Tap at Unorthodox Bar. High bitterness, loads of citrusy, zesty hops character. Rather full body but kept drinkable by sheer force of hops. Good one.

Tap at Unorthodox Bar. Moderate burnt roastiness, assertive coffee, fully malty and full bodied, moderate carbonation. Overall rather straight-forward though, dry burnt roastiness. Slightly sourish astringent. Good though.

Tap at Unorthodox Bar. Softly spicy, balanced by moderate bitterness. Saisony barnyard, slightly grassy too, earthy. Easy drinking, stays rather malty and yeasty spicy after all. Good.

Tap at Unorthodox Bar. Assertively hoppy, with truly high bitterness, lots of resiny, citrusy character - hops all over the place. The rye manages to keep the beer in balance, fattening the body a little bit. Crisp, refreshing, very tasty. Excellent.
