Bottle at Illegal Beer, Prague. Poured a very slightly hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast, doughy biscuit malt, tart citrus. The flavour is moderate sour with a smooth crisp light, slightly watery, melon grapefruit palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at The Wateringhole, Amsterdam. Black with a thick beige head. Aroma of fudge, chocolate, coffee, caramel and malt. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with a thick texture and soft carbonation.
