Cloudy golden with a white head. Thin citrus, herbal, apricot, a touch sweet. Medium bodied. Ragged bitterness from the citrus notes. This is fine but not in the top tier of NA.

500ml Can - Golden yellow with a white head. Grapefruit, pine, blueberry and notes of sweets in the aroma. Hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, blueberries and papaya. Can only be identified as a pilsner by its dental records!

Tulip at the Roost. Looks like beer. Pours a crystal clear gold with a single ring of white head. Nose has malt and it's a little peppery, grass, almost a little licorice. Flavor is very herbal, like Fantome did a lager. Herbs don't blow you out, but they are very present. Overpower the grain too. Feels a touch sweet too. You don't dislike it, but it feels unfocused. Off dry, a little peppery bite which helps some.

Light oak, very light--well integrated for the style. Some decent saaz here. Pours clear golden with a great head of foam. Finish is comparitely soft--not as much bitterness as your average Czech pils. Tap at Shelter.
