Description
We are the Sibeeria Brewery from Prague. As a flying brewery, we started our journey in 2014, until we expanded into our own brewery, which was built in the historic industrial area «ČKD», Vysočany. We have been brewing all our beers here since 2020. We are always happy to see you visiting our brewery!

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Murky yellow/orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, citrusy and mild tropical fruits in the nose. Citrusy, light tropical fruits, herbal and bit grassy with bitterish finish. Light juicy.

Clear, pale golden with a massive head. Lemony citrus, lemongrass, a bit of resin, herbal notes, a hint of pale toasted malts. Light body. Finish is juicy citrus. Refreshing.

Can from Base Camp probably. Paaaaale yellow body, off-white head. Lychee in the aroma, already a bit gone, resinous somewhat. Medium-light body, resinous mainly, bit citric, smooth, ending bitterish. Decent, not impressive.

0.5 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Hazy yellow, small off-white head. Aroma is moderately hoppy, citrus, grapefruit. Flavour is lightly citrusy, oaty. Smooth, juicy, creamy, sweet, bland. Finishes sweet.

Can from Base Camp, shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Murky yellow body, off-white head. Bit honeyish, citric, smooth aroma, simple but nice. Smooth honeyish taste, citric, low woody touches, simple, tasty!

0.5 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Hazy yellow, small off-white head. Aroma is citrusy, zesty, lemon zest, orange peel. Hints of herbs, malts and oatmeal. Smooth, sweet, light body, soft carbonation. Flavour is hoppy, fruity, citrusy, zesty, lemony. Juicy. Medium dry finish. Slightly astringent.

Cloudy, med-full body, med-hi carbo. Med-hi sweet, med-light bitter. Lots of stone fruits and general fruity hops. Good but not great, simplish, not new in any way.

Draught @ Det skæve hjørne. Med Peter H.J. Pours Black with a small head. Roast, Chocolate and coffee. Smooth. Decent stuff for sure.

Can from somewhere, likely Base Camp. Paaale murky yellow body, white head. Almost slightly nutty, yet citric oaty aroma. Smooth lean light taste, bit herbal, citric, oaty, mild herbal finish. Quite simple taste for all them Citras, but a good taste.
