Draft. Persimmon malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet persimmon, cinnamon, and malt flavor. Light herbal hops finish. . Using persimmon as a descriptor doesn’t really help anyone who hasn’t tasted them - reminiscent of a pumpkin ale but with a hint of tartness. A great beer - absolutely loved it.

tap at the brewpub - Pours a burnt orange color with a fairly mild aroma that includes a touch of citrus. The rye grain is readily apparent in the moderately bitter flavor. It’s medium bodied and pretty good, but doesn’t work as well for me as the Rooftop IPA.

tap at the brewpub - Pours very dark brown and has a roast malt and chocolate aroma. It tastes of that roast malt with some hints of coffee and chocolate. It’s medium bodied. Solid stout.

tap at the brewpub - Pours clear honey colored with a mild aroma of yeast and bananas. It tastes sweet and a little fruity with a bit of hops in the finish. It’s slightly dry and not bad overall, but I’m not impressed.

tap at the brewpub - Pours a cloudy, light straw color. It smells of bananas, citrus, and spice. The flavor is sweet and bland. Overall I give this light bodied brew a rating of "meh".
