on tap-pours gold with a light tan head and trailing lace. Aroma is citrus, light/medium malt. Taste is citrus/pine hops, light/medium malt. Good drinking, nice hop flavor without the bitter.

Copper with minimal head. Aroma has light hops, floral, Malta. Flavor has very little hop notes and is mostly malt. Biscuit and caramel. Must be mostly early hops since there is a nice bitter hop bite. Decent but needs more hop flavor.

Draft @ Proof: Poured a light copper color with creamy white head. Aroma was citrus, hops. Taste was soft hops, malt, and very drinkable. A decent IPA but not for the hops enthusiast I think I am becoming.

Hazy tan with a thin head. Medium hop aroma is woody, a bit weedy with lots of grapefruit. Earthy character. Restrained bitterness with sweet, slightly bready/doughy malts. Not bad.

Copper color with potent citric hopping, plenty of aromatics. Seriously undermalted and over-attenuated. Just thin with no real malt backbone at all.

Tried on tap at the Florida Brew Fest 2011 addition. It pours hazy copper with gold hues and off white head. The aroma carries off grapefruit, some tangelo like citrus and some pine as well as faint sugary malts sweetness in the background. As it warmed a bit I started picking up mild aromatic tropical fruit like notes. The taste has a pleasingly thick body ushering in a brief moment of citrus grapefruit to tangelo hop flavor and then quickly moving into resiny hop bitterness with a sense of pine and citrus as well. This is a nice full flavored IPA that doesn’t head into robust levels of hops but there is enough there to get your attention. Solid IPA.
