Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of figs, fruity, sweet. Taste is sweet, figs, with caramel notes, baked apple, and some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.

12oz can. Lightly cloudy blonde ale with a small white head. Aroma and taste feature light coffee notes on top of a solid, bready blonde ale. Coffee is an accent here, not the main show, which is right up my alley.

Keg at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2015. Pours rich gold with a foamy, off-white head. Moderately sweet, notes of toasted grains, some caramel, subtle leafy hops. Light bodied with average carbonation. Further toasted malt sweetness in the finish. Serviceable.

Keg at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2015. Pours deep orange-gold with a foamy, white head. OK stuff, lots of green pepper, some bready malts, a hint of pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Modest heat in the finish. Novel.
