Tap with lunch at Ulele. You come here for food and atmosphere ticks are bonus. Pale gold. Nose and tastes are faint citrus, grains, malt. Light pine hops.

Tap at brewpub prior to Bruin Lighting playoff game, Go Bruins! Nice looking lambic pour. Nos rid tropical fruit and wood. Tastes of bretty funk, oak, star fruit, and lemon some dusty sawmill floor. Not all that sour or tart. Stillish if that makes sense. Smooth enough. Strong abv for style.

Draft: Poured a clear golden with a white head. Aroma is grain. Taste is more grain and seemed like not very many hops, more of lager than a pale ale.

Draft: Poured a reddish-orange with white head. Aroma was very malty. Taste was very light on the booze, but high on the malts. The barrels they are using seem to be played out.

Draft @ Ulele. Not sure which barrel the feb 2015 rating was from, but this beer may need to haev another entry. Dorée, col léger blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet agréable de Bourbon, note de vanille, malt perce en rétro avec le côté mielleux étant moins présent. Palais est finement effervescent parfait avec la barrique, bourbon ajoute une petite note d’alcool plus prononcée mais restant légère. Retrouve peu d’élément de douceur venant du miel, léger boisé, reste douce et en balance avec le caractère plus sec-grains du malt pils. Un peu dommage que cette version BA est la seule vraiment valable des bières offertes par Ulele.

Draft @ Ulele. Dorée trouble, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet moyen, houblonné, léger grains - seigle?, malt pils avec une pointe de miel - orange blossom. Palais de malt pils, sec sur la fin, léger en seigle qui procure peu la sensation d’épaisseur et d’épicé d’autres bières du me^me calibre. Léger fini agrumes-fleuri avec une fine note mielleuse pour une bière restant moyenne-basse en effervescence.
