Came back for the burrito truck. Stayed for the beer. Stemware. Clear, maroon/amber, still pour. Cherry, lemon tea, old apples, copper. Taste is big foeder, medium oxidation, sharp berries & lots of peach pit. Vert tart, with a slight vinegar richness. Not complex, but kinda tasty.

On Tap @RLRL. Still drinking with GoT. Pale, clear, rose on watermelon color. Minerally, wet, soggy bread nose. Dusty, carbonic, very faint grape skin but not enough to write home about. Not enough fruit.

Split a bottle with GoT @RLRL. Fancy wine glass. Dark honey iced tea body, frothy head. Dusty, super floral & inviting Brett nose. Same taste, if more rose & lemon, with no really noticeable barnyard. Nearly dried out, pinch of syrup, Aspirin, herb-y & wincing finish. I heard this was a total mistake of a beer that got re-imagined. It's great.

Tapped on the bar @ RL RL w/GoT. Frothy, very dark but not black, baby stein pour. Faint earth, herbal, subdued hops. Bittersweet, earthy spice middle, slight cola acidity on the finish. Lighter in roast than I was expecting. Very lightweight & crushable.

Big ole mug times dos with GoT @RL RL. Opaque, brown , suddy pour. Smoke, clovey spiced ham, banana phenols. Faintly tart, slightly sweet, savory ham, tasty grease. Note taking is antisocial, so I'm keeping it short.

Pretty nice. Golden color, good head, light carbonation and typical cask mouthfeel. Well kept cask. Light bready malts, and hops were a tad indistinct. Overall the profile was pretty clean, almost seemed a tad more like an APA because of it, except I couldn't quite place the hop flavors. I expect they were brit though. I felt it a little more than expected per the advertised 4%!

Wow, nice to see something like this being made! More please! This is a nice caramel-sweet and campfire smoke beer. True rauchbier nose, light caramel behind the smoke. Deep amber color with a big foamy head, looks nice in their half liter dimpled mug. Flavor has a sharpness to the smoky malt profile that almost doesn't work. The german ones seem mellower, tamer. But otherwise this has a nice semi-dry malt profile with a linger soft bitterness, herbal hop notes, and a lingering campfire aftertaste.

On tap at Red Light Red Light in Orlando. Number one with a bullet. Opaque brown color. Thick, creamy tan head. Earthy roasted malt aroma hints at cocoa and yeast. Smooth and creamy with a touch of funk.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Amber orang pour. Small creamy ring. Funky toasted malt aroma. Flavor is earthy malt, yeast and sour fruit. A bit dry on backend. Very nice.
