Grabbed a bomber to go at Zwanze day for decent price for this quality. Fine sight orang yellow pour sudsy head. Nose is lovely florals, wood and wine. Tastes of wood, lemon, fruity, white wine, grassy and perfume. Crisp and refreshing amazing palate. Slight tartness. Great beer!

Grabbed crowler from Redlight upon leaving Zwanze day. Yellow orange one finger head. Nose is fruity and some wine. Tastes of wine, farmhouse, lemon, apricot, plum. Fruity finish. Lively palate.

Draft at Bowigens SourFest. Very cloudy dark gold. Dry af. Nice. Light sour but there's an interesting acetic element with hints of grapefruit juice. Pronounced hops are floral, herbal, and citrus, with a definite bitterness at finish.

Pink red color, pale pink head. Nose is floral and herbaceous. Tart and bitter flowers in the flavor. Bone dry, interesting. Made with chrysanthemum and prickly pear.

Batch #5 draft at RLRL. Cloudy milky yellow. Hop nose is citrus, tangerine, lemon, grapefruit. eel with orange notes. Very balanced with low bitterness.

Draft. Opaque pitch black pour. No Head. Smells like teriyaki sauce. Strange taste. The flavor profile is like a very flat imperial porter mixed with wine. A little sour finish. I'm not a fan.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light licorice notes, molasses, alcohol warmth, light herbaceous character, pleasant. In mouth, a tart mix of bitter chocolate, coffee grind, light herbaceous character, alcohol warmth, a bit harsh. On tap at brewery.

Superior beer! Truly great. Rodenbach red like, sour red ale. Deep oak and briny tartness. Light creamy palate from the cask treatment makes it unique. Deep roots its a good base beer for this project.
