Wonderful nose full of flowers. A touch of honey. A little funk. Cloudy amber color. Really nice tart funk in the flavor. Light body. Hints at cherry pits. Raisins and apricots. A little carbonic bite probably appropriate for biere de garde. Outstanding

Amber lager. Malty nose, toffee with what seems a hint of berry like fruit even though it isnt fruited. Possibly light oak character . Nice balanced presentation, tends semi-sweet with a warming herbal bitternes at finish, just a kiss. On the light side body wise but not watery at all, good drinking beer all told, though maybe the sweeter fruitiness part is slightly distracting. smooth pour version

Crowler at home. Fell asleep half way through but awoke thirsty and finished. Reddish pour small head. Nose is cherry and vinegar. Tastes much the same with some cellar floor and lemon. Fruity finish. Semi tart.

Draft at source. Pale hazy yellow and a one finger head. Nose is sour wheat and smoke. Tastes light sour lemon lime, grassy, wheat, smoky ham but subdued. Smooth palate some zip. Easy crushable style ticking fun

A hazed purple ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light caramel notes, light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with ube ice cream, resinous floral hops, pleasant. On tap at Redlight Redlight.

Grabbed a growler to watch football to. Light looking soapy brew. Nose is white wine and citrus. Tastes of viognier (sp) wine, haven’t had in awhile but rings true. Lemon citrus, pine sol, grass. Thinner bodied. Dry as a bone. Clean palate. Doesn’t grab me like first Brut I had.

Poured from bottle thanks Jow dark brown red tinged with a mocha head. Aroma is sour over roasted coffee green pepper whoa. Taste is not pleasant sour funky bitter infected????
