Draught sample. Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of mellow fruity apple. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, mellow, and light tart citric with just alittle tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-drying finish. Nicely drinkable.

Ridiculously hazy golden coloured body with a raw honey glow of pure haze that is fully opaque and a thinnish, very fast-dying pure white head. Aroma of super funky and interesting coffee, bourbon, tootsie rolls and chocolate - very interesting and not entirely nice, but at least it smells like something that is not apples. Super light-bodied; Tart apple flavour at first that shows the coffee and again, funky chocolate or tootsie roll flavour with a deep sweetness from brown sugars and a dose of caramel and a hint of citrus and tartness that arise from the lemons. Aftertaste shows the apples and funk some more with a lot more of the bourbon and complexities coming through near the end. Overall, a super interesting cider that I've never had anything similar and while it wasn't an overwhelmingly successful drink, one that piqued my interest and made me want to have others from this producer and of a similar style. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 22-September-2018 for US$2,49 sampled at home in Washington on 14-May-2019.

Sampled from the tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a cloudy yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of earthy apple with a bit of sweetness underlying. Flavor has much more sweet apple with a bit of earthiness underlying.

Sample at Bier Markt during the CBW Collaboration Kickoff on 10/12/2018. Slightly cloudy copper-orange color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Apple and pumpkin spice aroma. Light body with flavors of sweet apple, cinnamon and ginger. The finish is fruity and mildly spiced with an apple aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Super hazy golden coloured body with a pale white head. Aroma of allspice, coriander seed, nutmeg, anise and a ton of canella with a big dose of alcohol noticeable in the nose and even some black pepper. Light-bodied; Strong apple and spice flavours up front with the nutmeg, anise and canella the most pungent with a lot of sweetness from caster sugar and some fruity notes showing a lot of apples and a good dose of pears as well. Aftertaste shows the apples, pears, light peppery bite and a ton of spices throughout - very nice and incredibly pungent, in a good, balanced way. Overall, a super nice and balanced cider with a great spicey character that shows well, has a big dose of sugars that complement the beer nicely, but also a good robust bite towards the end as well. Great to sample, especially at Christmas-time in the cold weather months.
