Yellowhammer Brewing was started in 2010 by four guys who love good beer and were excited to see Alabama finally warm up to craft brewing. We seek to build on Belgian and German tradition. That means handcrafted European styles, but with a Southern interpretation.

Some tin and caramel. Pours dark copper. Pleasant enough. A little mercury. Good balance, and fairly nice beer. Not sure altbier is the right category here. Can.

Coffee Perpetual Motion from Yellowhammer Brewing

Roast and lots of coffee. Black pour with great mocha head and carpet lacing. Bitter finish with a little smoke and perfume. Pretty nice beer. Creamy consistency.

Dunkelweizen from Yellowhammer Brewing
