Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear crisp gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of pine and citrus rind with grass and a touch of bread backing. Flavor has more pine with citrus rind and bread supporting.

Undated can from DrFabulous, drunk 1/11/24. First half of the can pours a crystal clear, golden-brass. Medium-sized, white head, steadily to ring. Smells like a good mix of tropical fruit, light pine, light citrus and modest, honey and graham cracker-like base malt. Balanced, clean, easygoing. Some kumquat and juicy pineapple in there. Soft, gentle, clean. Big textures, but quite dry, with light wood, pine, floral notes and just an afterthought of spice and tropical fruit. After a few sips, I decide to swirl up the rest of the can and pour it in. Unfortunately, even with aggressive swirling, the most I can get is just a hint of chill haze. Not any change. Still soft, dry, clean. Lower hop flavors and mild bitterness.

Undated can from Dr fabulous, thanks! Drunk 12/17/23. Clear brass. Small, spotty, white head. Bit of toasted cracker, light pine accents and a bit of wood and white bread. Clean yeast. Fuzzy texture with a chewy body, good dryness and restraint on the specialty malt and hops. Fruity, malty, dry and not over-hopped. Impressed!

Pint can, courtesy of drfabulous, pours with a deep dark colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up dark roasted malts, some chocolate, a bit of chicory spice and possibly a dash of black licorice. The taste delivers smooth dark roasted malts and chocolate sliding into a mild chard malts. Behind the malt bill are murmurs of chicory spice and the faintest booziness. This is real nice.

Pint can, courtesy of drfabulous, pours with a crystal clear near glowing deep ruby red to mahogany colored body that supported a short lived tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up rings up notes of crystal malts, slightly roasted malts, a touch of earthy leather and then an faint echo of spicy like hops. The taste delivers a great balance of dark specialty malts, sweet malts, a dash of sweet dark fruity like date and prune esters and then spicy hoppiness. Really nice execution where it's neither too sweet or too malty but just right. I dig it.

So-so dunkel, a tad watery and with soy sauce notes underneath the toast and cocoa. Undertones of apple, yeast, and a mild floral bitterness on the back end. Eh.

Peanut butter, chocolate, graham cracker malt, and straw aroma - like a Little Debbie Nutty Buddy. Opaque dark brown with moderate brown head. Moderately sweet peanut butter, chocolate, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter dry grass/hay flavor. Good body and balance. Very nice - the first canned beer I've had from this brewery and they nailed it.

From drfabulous. Thanks! Pours dark brown with large beige head. Aroma is peanut butter and a dark malt. Taste is peanutty at first, some dark chocolate. Finish is a bit off... not too sweet. Light bodied. OK...
