Description
Beer from the Heart of Idaho! That was the dream in 2011, when Kevin Jones & Paul Holle founded Sawtooth Brewery in Ketchum, Idaho. Opening on 11/11/11 in a blizzard was just the beginning. After many years at what is now the Hotel Ketchum, Sawtooth Brewery opened the Public House in Ketchum in February 2016, the Tap Room in Hailey in July 2016, and consolidated production in Hailey in November 2016.

In December 2020 Sawtooth Brewery lauched Atmos Brewing Co. Non-Alcoholic Craft Beer and Creekside Hard Seltzer to round out the product family.

Sawtooth Brewery is now distributed in Idaho, Montana, & Utah and nationwide with Atmos Brewing. They have their Outpost food truck to host events such as Riverfest, Hailey Rocks, Ketchum Oktoberfest, the Sawtooth Valley Gathering, in addition to catering many events and private parties. We brew on a 15bbl Brewhouse and can all of our products in-house.

From a can Pour is rather amber, with a dense foamy off white head. Woody tannin earth hop bitterness. Not much in teh way of fresh tropical type hops. Lingering late bitter that is more malt tannins and rye. A bit of a disappointment

On Tap at growler guys Slightly hazy deep soft golden. Thin smooth lasting whte head. Big woody wine barrel flavors but not much in the aroma. Smooth rather full bodied feel. Not much of that light resh farmhouse yeast character. The wine barrel overpowers I think what would be an otherwise delicate beer.

Crowler from brewery. Pale golden, light head dissipates. Detecting a faint presence of chili or jalapeño, both in the aroma and taste. Mice heft to this, almost creamy. Solid helles.
