Description
Beer from the Heart of Idaho! That was the dream in 2011, when Kevin Jones & Paul Holle founded Sawtooth Brewery in Ketchum, Idaho. Opening on 11/11/11 in a blizzard was just the beginning. After many years at what is now the Hotel Ketchum, Sawtooth Brewery opened the Public House in Ketchum in February 2016, the Tap Room in Hailey in July 2016, and consolidated production in Hailey in November 2016.

In December 2020 Sawtooth Brewery lauched Atmos Brewing Co. Non-Alcoholic Craft Beer and Creekside Hard Seltzer to round out the product family.

Sawtooth Brewery is now distributed in Idaho, Montana, & Utah and nationwide with Atmos Brewing. They have their Outpost food truck to host events such as Riverfest, Hailey Rocks, Ketchum Oktoberfest, the Sawtooth Valley Gathering, in addition to catering many events and private parties. We brew on a 15bbl Brewhouse and can all of our products in-house.

12oz can from Boise Co-op. Hazy golden pour with an initial huge foamy head that settles out to a small frothy cap. Blood orange in the aroma fades to a bready, biscuity malt taste. Weak finish. Kind of disappointing after a nice fruity aroma.

16 oz can poured. One of the more attractive cans in the world of NAs. Pours a cloudy copper orange with an uncontrollable amount of loose foam head. Big gusher of a can that sat still in the fridge for about a week. Aroma has some spicy malts, bready, maybe some rye character. Very aromatic brew. Flavor is similar, with a thin body, low orange bitter, bready malt linger. Overall easy drinking, but remains above average flavorful within the NA styles. Pretty good.
