2020 bottle. Aroma is apricots, funky, woody, vanilla, match heads. Pours clear golden with an immediately collapsing head. Taste is highly sour (8/10) with funky, woody, apricot loaded flavors. Delicious.

12.7 oz corked and caged bottle. Aroma is hardcore Band-Aid-y Brett, cherry cough syrup, earthy. Pours unclear salmon orange-pink with an immediately collapsing off-white head. Taste is lightly tart and sweet with some bitterness on the back end, with flavors of cherry and funk. Alcohol hidden very well. Beautifully carbonated mouthfeel. Too much Brett for me to really love this, but it’s drinkable and interesting.

Pours opaque reddish-orange with a one finger beige head that settles into a ring and skiff of foam after a minute; some big chunks of sediment sink to the bottom. Taste is highly sour (8/10), fruity, and pretty funky with flavors of raspberry and oak.

On tap at the brewery. Clear golden pour with a thin collar of foam. Aroma has notes of green jalapeño, wet hayfields. Taste is mildly spicy with flavors of jalapeño and wet grain.

Crowler from the brewery. Pours black with a two finger beige head with good retention. Aroma has lots of coffee, roast, dark bread. Taste is bittersweet and roasty, finishing dry, with flavors of coffee and dark roast. Softly carbonated, but probably because it’s a crowler fill.
